mile, less-than-a-load, e-commerce, and temperature-controlled trailers.

Each Glideside trailer is built around an innovative loading system that provides 100% access to freight, with multiple configuration options available. The system is designed to work in tandem with existing loading docks, helping facilities improve flexibility without interrupting their current flow of operations.

We also evaluate potential sites and develop architectural concepts to support facilities using the new Glideside trailer system.

The Founder

Glideside was envisioned and created by Mr. Berna, an AIA licensed architect and patented inventor who has been in and around the transportation and logistics business his whole life. Frustrated by the inefficiencies he saw with current semi-trailers and docks, he set out to create a solution for the current multibillion-dollar global industry. Using his background as an architect and having firsthand experience in logistics, he has created an ecosystem for trucks, trailers, and buildings to connect seamlessly. All of this, while cutting costs, space, time, labor in our “fast delivery” focused society.
